This position will directly report to the Area Director of Procurement, UKIWE
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU IN THIS ROLE?
You will assist the Area Director of Procurement, UKIWE
activities for leased, managed and franchised hotels, as well as administrative
offices within the Western European Area: Selection of suppliers and product,
Commercial negotiating, Suppliers and Contracts follow up and Purchases
Controlling.
You will facilitate the implementation of an international
purchasing policy (sourcing, referencing, implementation, facilitation of group
agreement) to establish a sourcing offer for all our entities.
You will continue the actions already undertaken (CAPEX,
OPEX and FF & E) while strengthening the presence of Procurement Team
locally.
You will be responsible for the effective facilitation of
the procurement networks, the good cooperation and communication between the
different stakeholders, the global suppliers and their local and regional relay
points, as well as the good reported information to Central Procurement Team.
You will take charge of the administrative running of
Procurement SOP by ensuring the relationship with suppliers and the logistics
of orders.
WHAT DO YOU BRING ON THE TABLE?
- You have a proven experience in a procurement department
within an international Company
- You are a team player and open-minded, with hunting spirit
to develop business
- You have skills in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of
variances
- You are methodical, meticulous and have great organisation
skills
- You master Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have an experience in CAPEX/OPEX management is
appreciated
- You speak, read and write French and English fluently
