Purchase order administration/file maintenance Closeout for all procurement related activities and supplier management Creating complex solicitations, supporting proposals, conducting price and cost analysis, negotiating price/cost and price/cost-related terms and other subcontract provisions Consulting with suppliers and analyzes suppliers? operations to determine factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability and ability to meet required schedules Reviewing proposals and selects or recommends suppliers based on gathered information Recommending improvements to procurement processes and procedures Working on or placing orders with a value up to $500,000 USD Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience. Equivalent related experience is defined as having five to ten years of either procurement or engineering experience while assigned to a construction project ?in the field?.
