About Job:

Edgewell Personal Care is looking for a dynamic and energetic procurement professional to join our Indirect Procurement team! Our goal is to maximize return on commercial investments through strong business partnership and strong procurement acumen.

This position will have a hybrid schedule of 2 times/week at our Shelton, CT or St. Louis, MO office


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze large sets of data and prepare presentations which highlight key strategic areas
  • Assist Procurement team with projects and the attainment of Procurement strategies and goals
  • Interface with key business partners by analyzing data and presenting this information in an impactful manner
  • Help discover and coordinate continuous process improvements; helping identify opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate non-value add activities
  • Assist with identifying and implementing value add goals/objectives
  • Partner with the business to ensure that all appropriate indirect spend is optimized and that we are driving cost reductions with continuous improvement
  • Will assist with Edgewell's tools and processes related to various functions such as billing, contracting, Non-Disclosure Agreements, vendor creation, payables, and more (e.g. Ariba, SAP/SRM, Readsoft, etc.)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related technical field
  • 1 - 3 years in related experience
  • Solid experience using Excel, SQL and other analytical based programs
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with large sets of data
  • Ability to create presentations and communicate to key business partners
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including total cost analysis


The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance
