About The Role

What You’ll Do

    Lead and/or support continuous process improvement (Direct Procurement) projects to drive efficiencies that will scale to meet Uber’s growing global business needs

    Lead and/or support process automation opportunities as appropriate, serving as the liaison between the Direct business and the Remote Process Automation (RPA) team. 

    Support the implementation of future business lines

    Provide support in the rollout of Procurement tools and Procurement tool enhancements (Oracle/uSurv/Coupa) including UAT activities

    Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Oracle PR approvals process

    Contribute to the Procurement governance playbook

    Ensure uProcure (Oracle) PO Documents are standardized and aligned with Coupa PO documents. Point of contact for uProcure (Oracle) PO documents

    Responsible for creating and maintaining content on Uber’s internal website (Teamdot) related to Direct Procurement

    Analyze spend, identify catalog opportunities for Direct business and project manage catalog implementation

    Evaluate current Direct Procurement processes, document and archive processes and ensure processes are in compliance with policy

    Procurement escalation point of contact for Direct part of the business

    Support internal audit and compliance efforts to ensure integrity of Direct Procurement controls

    Partner with Fintech to avoid oversubscription of Oracle licenses

    Responsible for leading all change management activities related to updates in procurement processes

    Support OTD reporting for Direct procurement

    Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment

    5+ years experience in Procure-to-Pay 

    Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

    Experience with ERP Systems and e-Procurement Tools 

    Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain)

    Google Suite (Calendar, Google+, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive and Sites for Collaboration) e-Procurement and ERP Systems (Coupa, Oracle)
