Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their supply chain needs and ensure alignment with overall strategic sourcing objectives.
  • Identify suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and compatibility with organizational needs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for lead times and service.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction. Experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of successful supplier management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain risk management practices and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.


Salary Range

$100,000- $120,000
