Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and internal support groups as required by Supply Chain Manager Ensure on-time vendor shipping schedules and update ETA?s. Answer telephones to communicate with vendors and other departments. Provide basic office functions, such as answering emails and filing. Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete, accurate, and current. Communicate with other departments on inventory related topics. Create, compile, and export databases. Provide additional support, including projects and special reports, as needed. Requirements A college degree is required, additional education and work experience preferred. 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred. Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables
