Key Responsibilities: Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to orders or invoices. Inventory Tracking: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with company requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, inventory tracking and delivery receipts. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental files. Data Entry: Input and update procurement-related data in the company's ERP system, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. Vendor Relations: Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate?s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Additional Requirements: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
