As a Purchasing Buyer Procurement Specialist , you must: Must be able to work 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote in Plainsboro, NJ Experience contracting in Indirect Procurement is a must! Experience in the Pharma Industry Experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) applications (IE, Coupa) required Buyer/Purchaser, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain background is required Essential Functions The Associate - SES Operations will be responsible for providing support to Line of Business Stakeholders to review purchase requests and provide timely administration of contract requests where required. They will facilitate and decide on appropriate purchase channels for incoming requests including various purchasing activities. They will review purchase requests for compliance to the purchasing and contracting policy. Furthermore, they will provide guidance to Line of Business stakeholders on best way forward for requests and proactively ensure efficient completion. The Associate - SES Operations will liaise with Line of Business and stakeholders on bottlenecks during contract reviews, approvals and eSignature phases. They will proactively manage contracts through the contract life cycle - from initial creation of record through department reviews, approvals and eSignature in coordination with Legal to ensure attorney review, as needed in accordance with policies and requirements. Overall, the Associate SES Operations will proactively identify and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders concerning the processing of incoming requests. Primary focus and responsibility will be to give an outstanding Stakeholder Experience by partnering and collaborating with Business Stakeholders, Legal and Procurement Category Managers during the sourcing, review, negotiation, and execution of various contracts and projects across multiple categories.
