Oversees capital purchases to ensure alignment with strategic goals and budgetary limits. Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery. Assesses supplier performance continuously, implementing enhancements and corrective measures as needed. Conducts ongoing price evaluations to secure optimal terms and costs from suppliers. Manages all vendor relations, including terms and conditions and purchase order execution. Creates and manages departmental budgets. Monitors functional KPI performance, analyses variances, and takes corrective actions. Ensures strict adherence to all compliance controls and policies. Communicates professionally and effectively to all levels of the organization Maintains a positive attitude, exhibits self-initiative, and invests in employee development. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR regulations.
