JOB DESCRIPTION
- End-to-end Warehouse logistics operations involving coordinating with companies for transport, C&F agents, and others.
- External agencies to achieve seamless & and cost-effective transport solutions.
- Arranging all Documentation related to transportation Ex. Invoice /Packing list /Waybill Etc..
- Coordinate with All Internal and external Departments or vendors for smooth operation.
- Preparing MIS reports of inward/outward logistics to appraise top management and users of the routine inventory management activities.
- Mentation & Control Inventory at Warehouse.
- Manage the Vendor in the procurement departments of various companies and oversee purchased items records, inventories, sale tenders, purchase contracts, and relationships with suppliers
- Administered pre and post-shipment documents and indulged in comparing received quotes and negotiated with vendors about the same.
- Collaborated with DGFT, and various certification & and legalization agencies for maintaining Export / Bond / Consumption & Duty Drawback Register.
- Conceptualized and implemented various strategies in adherence to EXIM and interfaced with freight forwarders/CHA/overseas suppliers and other inspection authorities for goods clearance.
QUALIFICATION - MBA focused in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics
- 5+ years of extensive experience working in procurement in a related field.[ Preferred Battery Field]
- Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
